Processing your order
All products on our website are subject to availability. Once your payment is received, we will start processing your order. If a product is out of stock we will always remove it from the website.
Product display
Images of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we do our best to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will exactly match reality. Your product may therefore differ slightly from the images shown.
Shipping
At Gentilmen, we ship your order directly from our warehouses. Delivery time is between 6 and 10 days. All shipments are traceable. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail. This allows you to track the current status of your order.
